Return Policy:
At “See Joy Creative” we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. As part of our business model, we produce each item to order, which means we do not keep stock on hand. Therefore, we have a specific return policy in place. Please take a moment to review our policy below.
Returns:
- Due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or the size does not match our size chart.
- Our products are made specifically for each customer, based on their individual preferences and measurements.
Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item.
- To file a complaint, you must send a clear photo of the damaged product along with your order number and a description of the issue to seejoycreative@gmail.com .
- Upon verification of the damage, we will offer you two options:
Refund: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the damaged item.
Replacement: We will send you a new product as a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost. Please note that the availability of replacements may vary.
Size Discrepancy:
- If the product you receive does not match the size indicated on our size chart, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item.
- To file a complaint, you must send a clear photo showing the size discrepancy along with your order number and a description of the issue to seejoycreative@gmail.com.
- Upon verification of the size discrepancy, we will offer you two options:
Refund: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item.
Replacement: We will send you a new product in the correct size at no additional cost, subject to availability.
General Conditions:
- The customer must notify us of any complaints within the specified time frame.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and photographic evidence to support their claim.
- The decision to issue a refund or replacement is at the discretion of “See Joy Creative” .
- If a replacement is offered, it will be subject to availability. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will provide a refund.
- In some cases, we may request the return of the damaged item. If required, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
We understand that choosing the right size and receiving a flawless product is important to you. We assure you that we take every measure to deliver a product that meets your expectations. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
